These Terms of Service govern your use of theatlantiscollection.com (the "site"), operated by The Atlantis Collection ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is a brochure / landing page describing the Atlantis Collection brand and pointing visitors to our two storefronts: our Shopify store at theatlantiscollection.myshopify.com and our TikTok Shop. The site itself does not process orders, hold accounts, or accept payments. All transactions are governed by the terms and policies of the storefront on which they take place.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping, returns, refunds, and order disputes are handled by Shopify or TikTok Shop respectively, under their own terms. We do our best to keep product information on this site accurate, but the storefront listing is authoritative if there is a discrepancy.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that violates any applicable law.
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or harvest content at a rate or volume that interferes with normal use.
• Impersonate the brand or use our name, logo, or photography in a way that could mislead others into thinking your goods or services are endorsed by us.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary information from the site.

The Atlantis Collection name, brand mark, product designs, photography, video, and written copy on this site are owned by us (or licensed to us) and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Fair-use commentary, criticism, and reviews are welcome and are not affected by this clause.

The site embeds a Spotify playlist and links to Shopify, TikTok, and other external services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or behavior of those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in connection with the site in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free brochure site, is typically zero).

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
