theatlantiscollection.com is a static brochure website for The Atlantis Collection, a brand of handcrafted keychains. The site itself does not sell products, host accounts, or collect personal data through any form. Purchases are made on our Shopify storefront or TikTok Shop, each of which has its own privacy policy.

2. What we collect directly

Nothing. This site has no contact forms, no newsletter signup, no accounts, and no first-party analytics. We do not place any cookies of our own and do not run server-side logging.

3. Third-party content that may collect data

The site loads or links to the following third parties, each of which may collect data under its own privacy policy when you interact with it:

  • Spotify — the playlist embed on the home page loads content from open.spotify.com and sets cookies under the Spotify domain when the player is interacted with. See Spotify's privacy policy.
  • Shopify — links from this site lead to theatlantiscollection.myshopify.com. Shopify operates its own analytics and may set cookies on its storefront. See Shopify's privacy policy.
  • TikTok — links to our TikTok Shop send you to ByteDance-operated infrastructure with extensive tracking. See TikTok's privacy policy.
  • Shopify CDN — product images on this site are loaded from cdn.shopify.com, which logs IP address and user-agent in standard server logs.
  • Simple Icons CDN — the Shopify brand mark in the site's shop menu is loaded from cdn.simpleicons.org, which logs IP address and user-agent in standard server logs.
  • GitHub Pages — the site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps short-term server access logs. See GitHub's privacy statement.

4. Cookies

We do not set any cookies ourselves. The Spotify embed may set cookies under spotify.com when loaded; you can disable third-party cookies in your browser settings to block this.

5. Your rights

Because this site does not hold personal data about you, there is typically nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. For data held by Shopify, TikTok, Spotify, or GitHub in connection with their services, please use the rights-request mechanisms in their own privacy policies linked above.
