Privacy Policy

theatlantiscollection.com is a static brochure website for The Atlantis Collection, a brand of handcrafted keychains. The site itself does not sell products, host accounts, or collect personal data through any form. Purchases are made on our Shopify storefront or TikTok Shop, each of which has its own privacy policy.

The site itself has no contact forms, no newsletter signup, and no accounts. We do not run server-side logging.

We do use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic so we can understand which pages and storefront links are useful. The data Google Analytics collects on our behalf includes: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address (city level, IP itself is not retained), device and browser type, referring site, and clicks on outbound links to our Shopify and TikTok stores. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal identifiers through this site.

The site loads or links to the following third parties, each of which may collect data under its own privacy policy when you interact with it:

• Google Analytics 4 — the site loads gtag.js from googletagmanager.com and sends pageview and outbound-click events to Google Analytics. Google may use this data per its own terms. See Google's privacy policy.
• Spotify — the playlist embed on the home page loads content from open.spotify.com and sets cookies under the Spotify domain when the player is interacted with. See Spotify's privacy policy.
• Shopify — links from this site lead to shop.theatlantiscollection.com. Shopify operates its own analytics and may set cookies on its storefront. See Shopify's privacy policy.
• TikTok — links to our TikTok Shop send you to ByteDance-operated infrastructure with extensive tracking. See TikTok's privacy policy.
• X (formerly Twitter) — the footer links to our X profile at x.com/atlantis_curio. X operates its own analytics and may set cookies on its domain. See X's privacy policy.
• Shopify CDN — product images on this site are loaded from cdn.shopify.com, which logs IP address and user-agent in standard server logs.
• Simple Icons CDN — the Shopify brand mark in the site's shop menu is loaded from cdn.simpleicons.org, which logs IP address and user-agent in standard server logs.
• GitHub Pages — the site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps short-term server access logs. See GitHub's privacy statement.

Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* cookies on our domain (lifetime up to two years) to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking third-party cookies or scripts in your browser.

The Spotify embed may set additional cookies under spotify.com when loaded; you can disable third-party cookies in your browser settings to block this.

Because this site does not hold personal data about you, there is typically nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. For data held by Shopify, TikTok, Spotify, or GitHub in connection with their services, please use the rights-request mechanisms in their own privacy policies linked above.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively, including the right to know what is collected and to request deletion where applicable.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone in that age range.
